✅ If you’re using Chrome (Android)
Allow location for that specific website
- Open the website in Chrome
- Tap the padlock (or “site info”) in the address bar
- Tap Permissions (or Site settings)
- Set Location to Allow
- Reload the page
If you don’t see the padlock / site info option
- In Chrome, tap ⋮ (top right) → Settings
- Tap Site settings
- Tap Location
- Make sure location is allowed in general, then check the Blocked list
- Tap the site → change to Allow (or remove it from blocked)
After allowing, reload the site and choose Allow if it prompts again.
✅ If you’re using Firefox / Edge / Samsung Internet
The idea is the same: open site permissions and switch location from Block to Allow.
Firefox
- Open the site
- Tap the padlock (address bar) → Permissions
- Enable Location (Allow)
- Reload
Edge / Samsung Internet
- Open the site
- Tap the padlock / site info (or browser menu)
- Open Permissions or Site settings
- Set Location to Allow
- Reload
If you can’t find “Permissions,” search inside the browser settings for Site settings or Permissions.
✅ If it still won’t work
1) Make sure Android allows location for the browser
- Open Settings → Apps (or Apps & notifications)
- Select your browser (e.g., Chrome)
- Tap Permissions
- Tap Location → choose Allow only while using the app
- (Optional) Turn on Precise or Use precise location if available
2) Make sure Location is on globally
- Open Settings → Location
- Turn Use location ON
- (Optional) Turn on Google Location Accuracy / Improve Location Accuracy
3) Reset the site permission (last resort)
- In Chrome: ⋮ → Settings → Site settings
- Tap Location → look under Blocked
- Tap the site → change to Allow (or remove it)
- Reload the website
